Connected account and platform data

If you authorize Adnamiq to connect to third-party platforms, we may collect and process data made available through those connections. For example:

  1. Amazon Ads API data, such as campaign, ad group, keyword, targeting, bid, spend, click, impression, sales, attribution, and related advertising-performance data
  2. For eligible author users, KDP dashboard data accessed through an authorized browser extension, such as royalty, order, marketplace, title-level, rank-related, and other dashboard information made available through your KDP account

Usage and device information

  1. IP address
  2. Browser type
  3. Device identifiers
  4. Pages viewed
  5. Session activity
  6. Referring URLs
  7. Log data
  8. Approximate location inferred from IP address

Extension-related information

If you use an Adnamiq browser extension, we may collect technical information necessary to operate and secure the extension, such as extension version, error logs, sync status, and limited page or dashboard data required to provide the user-facing features of the Service.

2. Connected Accounts and Browser Extension Access

To provide the Service, Adnamiq may require you to connect or authorize access to certain third-party accounts and interfaces. By connecting those accounts or using the Adnamiq browser extension, you authorize Adnamiq to access, receive, process, and use the information made available through those connections as described in this Privacy Policy, any applicable customer agreement, and any relevant in-product or extension disclosures.

If you connect an Amazon Ads account, you authorize Adnamiq to access and process data made available through the Amazon Ads API, including campaign, ad group, keyword, targeting, bid, spend, click, impression, sales, attribution, and related advertising-performance data, for the purposes of providing analytics, automation, reporting, support, troubleshooting, security, and product improvement as described in this Privacy Policy and the applicable customer agreement.

If you are an author and use an Adnamiq browser extension to connect your KDP dashboard, you authorize Adnamiq to access and process the dashboard information needed to provide the extension’s user-facing features and related Adnamiq services, which may include royalty, order, marketplace, title-level, rank-related, and other KDP dashboard information made available through your account. If you use the Adnamiq browser extension, the extension’s privacy disclosures and permissions will describe the categories of data the extension accesses and how that data is used to provide the extension’s features.

Adnamiq limits its use of connected-account and extension-access data to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and any applicable in-product or extension disclosures. We may disclose that data to service providers that help us operate, host, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service, consistent with this Privacy Policy. Where we create deidentified or aggregated information from connected-account or extension-access data, we may retain and use that information as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, provided it cannot reasonably be linked to you or your organization and we do not attempt to reidentify it.

  3. provide waitlist access, demos, onboarding, and support;

When business customers provide data through the Service, or authorize Adnamiq to access data from connected platforms such as the Amazon Ads API or, where applicable, a KDP dashboard through an authorized browser extension, Adnamiq processes that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, and as otherwise described in our agreements with the customer.

As between Adnamiq and the customer, the customer retains rights in its Customer Data. Adnamiq retains rights in the software, documentation, service data, and any deidentified and aggregated data created from Customer Data, provided that such data does not identify the customer or any individual.

6. Deidentified and Aggregated Data

We may create, retain, use, and disclose information that has been deidentified and/or aggregated so that it cannot reasonably be linked to an identified person or a specific customer account.

We may use such deidentified and aggregated data for lawful business purposes, including:

  1. analytics;
  2. benchmarking;
  3. security and fraud prevention;
  4. product improvement;
  5. research and development; and
  6. reporting on overall platform usage and performance.

We will not attempt to reidentify deidentified data, and we may require recipients of such data to follow the same restrictions.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
